Real life gets in the way. That calculator says we got 816 irr today instead of 1000. I took Isc at noon, panel aimed clear blue, got 8.06a out of rated 8.34 at 1000.
800 rating is 6.5a so doing some math, it turns out that 816 should be Isc of 6.9, not the 8.06 I got. Of course Isc goes up with panel temp, not down like Voc does. Not that much though.
I did not get the temps to answer the OP question, sorry. I did feel the panel quite warm, well above ambient about 12C. Voc was 34.7 instead of rated 36.8 at 25C which goes with warmer panel
