what my Norcold refrigerator is doing & not doing

2007 Norcold frig ~ Model N811Rt I started it up and in 24 hours the frig was at 40° and freezer was freezing. THEN... a day later ALL the frig interior fins were completely iced/frosted over.......

Norcold's cooling system defrosts itself every 46 hours or so. Not defrosting the freezer, just the cooling system. This is hard programmed so it can't be changed. The freezer temp will increase into the teens then head back down. Mine settles in at approx 8 degrees.
