What size hole on hitch
What is the size of the hitch pin hole on a class III hitch? I tried a 5/8 but the pin doesn't fit, it's just a hair bigger that the 5/8 hole

If this is something you did for an add on or modification, drill the hole out an additional 32nd of an inch to allow room to slide it in.
No set of holes on this stuff is normally so perfect that it has no slop to allow for slight variations in alignment, from surface dings to rust, you always want a little wiggle room.
