What size hole on hitch
What is the size of the hitch pin hole on a class III hitch? I tried a 5/8 but the pin doesn't fit, it's just a hair bigger that the 5/8 hole

Hand held drills will often result in a somewhat triangular shaped hole. For something like a hitch, there is no way I would use anything but a milling machine for proper size and location.
