What size hole on hitch
What is the size of the hitch pin hole on a class III hitch? I tried a 5/8 but the pin doesn't fit, it's just a hair bigger that the 5/8 hole

This is not rocket science. His pin fits everything else he tried except the hole he drilled. Obviously the hole he drilled needs to be enlarged. I'd go with the additional 1/32" as so many others here have suggested.
