Probably not much, if anything. Both pump water, that's all that matters.
However, one may be a bit noisier than the other, I don't know. Noise is caused by vibrations in the water lines touching things in the camper. The actual pumps run very quiet.
You might check if there is a difference in output. How many gallons per minute do they pump. They might make a difference. Regardless of what they advertise, it will only pump as much as your water lines will allow. And if you have a shower head water savor, it won't be spitting out "X" number of gallons a minute. It will be more like 1/5th of X number of gallons a minute.
You also might check to see if there is a difference in amp draw on the pump It's not so important if you are attached to shore power and your 12 volt system has unlimited renewable power. But if you boondock, the 12 volt draw could make or break a happy trip.
So, basically, I think, just pick the one that seems most logical to you, or stick with the brand that was factory installed on your camper. In the end, I don't think it really matters as long as it pumps water.
