The 60 amper here is just right for a pair of 6s, plus it has the adjustable voltage to 16.5 if you ever need that. Trojan wants 16.2 for equalizing , eg. At 77F which will be higher when it is cooler out, so 16.5 is real at say 40F.
It will run on a 2000w inverter/gen too (pulls 11 amps at 120v--see spec sheet link there), where higher amp models need more gen than that.
