Whats Zapping my inverter

Despite checking off all three of these I ocassionally blow fuses when I go to plug it in. What am I missing?

confused. What fuses are you blowing? an inverter changes DC power into AC power. Inverter is connected to the battery. Converter changes AC power to provide DC power and charges battery.
