I have two Hondas (eu2000) that I run once a month as a minimum. They always start but usually take 10 to 12 pulls. Then they die and I start them again on the first pull. They run fine after that under a 1500 watt load. I keep Stabil in the gas but I suspect better, fresh gas would help.
