We lost an outside vent cover for our refrigerator the highway somewhere on the first night of a two month trip last summer. We were headed across the border to Canada, so wanted to replace it quickly and called Dometic.
The good news - Dometic was helpful in knowing exactly which part number we needed, and shipped it right away. The part's price was cheap. A campground where we had reserved was happy to receive the part and hold it until our arrival. We reintalled. All went well.
The only bad news - Dometic's minimum shipping fee was $25, more than the lightweight plastic part cost. So if you find a good source with reasonable shipping fees, hope you'll post it.
