Looks like we will never know!
Did you find it ??? - filrupmarkExplorerDid you find it ???
- joebedfordNomad IIMy converter is behind a wall in the basement of my 5er. It's about half way between the batteries and the power panel.
- Dennis_M_MExplorerCould be almost anywhere! Logic says near the power source and/or the batteries. On my fiver the power cord is left rear, the batteries in rear compartment with spare. The converter? In right front compartment! Go figure.

Don't know if yours is similar but the converter in my 27' Sunny is behind a cabinet door below the entertainment center. It backs onto the breaker panel that is accessed from within the bathroom.
I have a 2004 Sunnybrook 30 foot 5th wheel that I just purchased. Have owned trailers for many years and I can't find the inverter in this rig anywhere. Is there anyone here who could help me??
Thank you,
Bob
It plugs into an outlet right next to the breakers. If you have a similar plug the converter will not be far away. Just follow the wire.
Good luck bpalino wrote:
What is the model number of that panel?
The DC fuse panel is in the bathroom closet with a master switch to shut it off. The main breaker panel is in the side of the cabinet where we put the TV. It has to be somewhere close but we can't find it.
Bob
Have you removed the cover plate to see if the converter is integrated into the lower section?
Or remove the whole business and look just behind it.
Otherwise turn on all the lights and listen for the hum or the fan.- Chris_BryantExplorer IIAlso look near the batteries- many fivers put the converter up in the front compartment.
- filrupmarkExplorerMy guess would be somewhere fairly close to your 110/12volt power center. Probably behind there. On many fifth wheels the rear wall of the pass thru storage is removable to access many of the rigs systems . Try looking there. Good luck on your hunt.

Bob - bpalinoExplorerYes must be a converter. We have no humming noise at all. So strange as we have owned motorhomes and campers all through our retirement and I have not had a hard time finding it before.
Thanks
