The wire at the hardware and box stores is NOT suitable for trailer wiring. It's that real stiff THHN or THNN stuff with the glassy insulation. May as well use Romex. Actually the previous owner of this trailer DID use Romex.
NAPA, AutoZone, Advance, Oreilly's, CarQuest, etc. only stock the small blister packs. No bulk wire.
Same goes for the trailer shops. Nothing but the cheap blister packs.
NAPA has available all kinds of bulk wire from 25 feet and up, even four wire color coded. Available overnight, lots faster than online. No shipping costs either.
