I can't help you with finding one, but if the inner and outer skin is ok, making a repair is easy. They are usually just a two by two frame, a skin each side and an aluminum trim screwed to the edge. For a few bucks and an afternoon project you might be able to rebuild yours. New doors are not cheap for all they are made of. BTW use a good quality hardwood and not treated wood as it will warp.
