Which surge guard and why?
Looking at the hardwire models of the TRC Surge Guard, and the Progressive Industries surge guards.. Looking for info on both from those that have one,and why you chose the one you chose

This was done after the subject came up after their sale,it was explained to me that it was the new company that put it out but it had been revised to include what I quoted from them. What was written red was what they sent me.
I have that in writing,I was also told it would take some time before the new "old" warranty info was included in packaging.
This was done in response to the same member that you and I both have on the block list. BTY the only time I see it is someone quotes them. So please don't quote any of those posts.
