I cant thank you guys enough for all the help but you really need to dumb it down a bit for me. I'm just getting lost in what you're trying to tell me. I've messed with residential wiring but not enough to claim any decent knowledge except whats hot, ground, and neutral.....if they're properly marked. I dont have any monitoring electrical tools either to give me readings. Other than that, I have really no idea what you're telling me. Are you saying that there are two capacitors in those pictures? One for the fan motor and one for the compressor? I take it the little black one being for the fan motor too. If this is the case then why all the threads about installing hard start capacitors????? Seems like a total waste of time and people are out there wasting cash.
