I wouldn't replace it- you would be replacing the black plastic Mallory *and* the black cube it is hooked to- basically rewiring a bunch, because of the start relay you have, which is a true, 3 wire potential relay. Rather than the Supco, you just need a basic start capacitor, not a "kit".
The Mallory is the start cap, the large grey is the compressor run cap, the small grey is the fan (blower) run cap.
