Yes I am. You have your converter with whatever PF and you plug it into a 120v source and it draws say 1000VA as measured somehow with the 120 actually at 108v. So now you plug it into your Honda and the 120 is now at 124v.
How many VA does the converter draw now? (Same DC output, since it is rated to hold that same DC output down to 105v input before Dc output tapers)
I am unclear (to say the least!) if that 108 and 124 is with the load on. The 120 will drop a little under load.
