But the Honda is measured in VA as are all the sources. You can't use watts unless charger PF is 1.0 (as I understand? it)
So if the Honda can do "13a" and the charger needs 14a at 108v can the Honda run that charger because the Honda does 124v so the charger now only needs 13a?
My Honda says it can do 23.3 amps and 2800VA. So at 120volts. It actually does 125 unloaded and say 123 loaded but of course the loaded varies with load.
