Why do People run AC with doors and windows open??
We notice lately that many run the AC with their windows and door open. Why would one be so wasteful? No wonder rates continue to rise. Pogoil.

Especially true in government parks where the electric is included in the rate. "The government is paying for it, so let's waste it". Great example for the kids.
