Why do People run AC with doors and windows open??
We notice lately that many run the AC with their windows and door open. Why would one be so wasteful? No wonder rates continue to rise. Pogoil.

X2 on MAYBE it's just the fan on to help circulate air thru the unit? How can you tell for sure, you can't hear the compressor run from outside the unit.
