why does one arm of the awning stick?
it is a 13 year old manual awning. it is getting worse. now we have to climb on the roof to wiggle the top bit, then it is okay. thanks all

I had one that did that. The upper mounting brackets had slots and I just had to recenter the uprights that were lag bolted to the wall. Craig
