Sorry. I could not read the extremely long OP write up.

I will say, my last TT had a 3-way fridge and I used the 12v option on every trip without fail. I'd pre-cool the fridge on shore power before departure and never had an issue for days of towing and some nights were dry. The battery was never drawn down and the TV kept up the power requirements without any thought.

My current TT doesn't have a 3-way fridge and I really miss having the 12v option for the fridge.
