Wire is marginal but adequate. Battery is under rated. You need four GC2.
Can't find low voltage cut out specs but as said above GC2 is made for about 75 amps max (750 watts). So voltage on the battery is sagging maybe a volt and another .5 in connections puts you down at 11 give or take. Take some measurements to verify.
