OP disappeared - nothing new. People ask questions without providing enough info because they don't know what info is relevant, and when shooting in the dark results in several pages of different answers, they become lost in this flood.
OEM installs in motorhomes (where inverter is more commonly OEM installed than in trailers) normally power only some outlets, not all of them, to protect inverter from owners that might run several high-power devices at the same time without consideration of inverter limits.
Still, a legitimate solution (if outlet IS working) - get a lower wattage coffee-maker. Next logical step would be replacing electrical coffee-maker with stove-top model (which he can) - or fixing the problem upstream, but for this he would need somebody else who can.
