Why Won't My 1000W Inverter Run my 800W Coffee Maker?

2018 Jayco Class A with a factory installed 1000W inverter. Why can't it operate my 800W coffee maker when there are no other 110v appliances (that I am aware of...) on at the same time?? I will tel...

Class A, opps i thought the stated model was a trailer

it still all holds true

but as a test he could start the drive engine, and try the coffee maker in the inverter
if it worked , yahoo problem solved .. battery issue
then he work on upgrading the batteries

if NOT an early riser, use the generator

new RV with inverter should have a generator
