Why Won't My 1000W Inverter Run my 800W Coffee Maker?

You are missing a key item. What is the Volts DC at the inverter terminals? The beeps are likely a Low-Volts-Disconnect(LVD).

Measuring Battery Volts is helpful, but you really need to know how much gets to the inverter.
