I'm worried that would kill the house battery. I have previously killed several 66aH agm batteries with brief 100amp loads, before I figured out I needed bigger batteries for that job. I think someone upthread said the freezer could have a 600amp startup surge?
A 600amp draw would equate to a 6000w surge. Doubt that! Won't kill the battery anyway. That is what the inverter shut off at 11v is for. It protects the battery from being drawn right down.
