For flat panel power I use 66% efficient, 12.5V and 4 hours/day.
Hence 100*66%/12.5*4 = 21 Ah (Amp hours). No one can say this is adequate for you or not as it is dependent upon your usage, how much you run the gen, battery capacity and sunshine.
If you drive with the RV frequently then consider getting the tow vehicle charging to the RV fixed.
