Just keep in mind that the automotive type incandescent bulbs will draw around 1 AMP per lamp. ALot of your ceiling lamps have two such bulbs in them. You can add up around 12 or more of theses 1AMP bulbs real quick being ON... These will eat your lunch on the one standard 85AH battery your trailer probably came with.
I would start out using two 6VDC Gulf Cart batteries in series if you even think about camping out off the power grid. Especially if you have the CPAP thing to worry about. These two 6VDC golf Cart batteries will give you around 220AHs capacity as compared to your 85AHs from the one smaller Interstate battery that came with the trailer. Something else to think about.
It looks like right away your will need two 6VDC batteries and a 2KW Honda type generator to re-charge them with each morning when camping off the power grid.
Tent camping sounding better all the time huh haha... Its all worth it but will need some planning to be "SUCCESSFUL" camping off the power grid. Changing those high current automotive type bulbs to LED lights is a must do thing as well.
Another thing you will have to worry about now is your fifth wheel is going to be too big to go those real good camping off the grid places...
