Will a 1000watt Yamaha generator charge battery?

What a bunch of BS info !!!

I can only speak for a 1,000 watt Honda. It will power a maximum of 45 amps converter, a PD9245 to be exact. I see 45 amps on the ammeter every time I go to charge.
It would not not power a PD 9155 w/o dropping a gear on the charge wizard.
