Will any smoke detector do?
My smoke detector is 11 years old and needs replacing. will one from Lowes or OSH do or should I go to CW and pay twice as much?

Because an rv will contain items that can burn releasing a dense smoke. I would recommend a two in one detector (both ionizing detection and photoelectric).
