RV type furnaces run on 12 volts, so the answer to your question is:
Depends: Are the batteries properly charged, If so, YES.
NOTE: as the batteries run down the furnace may start to blow,,,, but never light.
Note 2: Home furnaces light, then blow warm air.
RV furnaces start the blower first, THEN the burner.
Ther reason for this is that there is a device that senses air flow (Sail Switch) the reason for this is to make sure air is flowing because if you start the burner without air flow bad things happen.. If the batteries run down there is not enough air flow so it will not light.
