Here is how I think about it.
If the charge rate is 8 amps on the 556 amp-hours of bank then
8/556 = 1% from 100%, so I'm about 99% state of charge.
If 32 amps then 32/556 - 5% from 100 so I'm about 95% state of charge.
If charge rate is 4 amps--the battery bank is pretty much at 100%. Why? because that number includes the parasitic loads of the RV.
