No, becuase it probably won't do 14.x volts long enough to get the amps down to 0.5a/100AH of battery before you drop voltage to Float voltage of 13.x. (you also need an ammeter or battery monitor to see the actual amps to battery, or you can't tell what is going on with an AGM)
You need one of these to do the job. Read the user's manual for how to operate it. How many amps size to get depends on the size of your battery bank. A 60 amper is perfect for about a 220AH bank.
