Almot you might want to refer to Astronaut helmet viewports. They utilize polarized AU plasma polycarbonate for a reason. The UV factor is like to the third power more intense than at sea level. Same for IR. The film on my windows was applied by a pro. He used a positive pressure squeegee gizmo and farbade me to use cleaners with alcohol or ammonia. I use destilled water with 3 drops of diswashing liquid per liter. Anyone who dares to "light up" in Quicksilver would be in mortal danger. I have a 400 CFM 24 volt squirrel cage exhaust vent above the stove. It is near a nightmare to disassemble and clean. I fry out of doors or don't fry at all. Turns out minimal frying makes me popular with my cardiologist and the window film.
