I have NOT experienced any problems with the Travlers we have installed or any of my customers that had them installed by other facilities. QUALITY/CORRECT install is a BIG requirement for not having problems. The reason they supply 120 to 12 Converters is because they have found that trying to use the 12 volt RV system can have negative voltage/frequency problems on the operation of the Sat system. Doug
