Charge= +3
Net on Tri= +3
Now:
Draw= -6
Charge= +9

Still have 3 to go before anything changes on the Tri.
Not to belabor the point, but you can't charge and discharge the battery at the same time. Power beyond what is accepted by the battery goes directly to the external load and not through the shunt (or battery). The trimetric measures actual amps not net amps. The +3 will not change until the external load plus battery acceptance exceeds the panel output.
