I need to add a 30amp plug to the outside of my garage to plug our 5th wheel into. I already have a 50amp 220v feed ran out for hooking up air comressor, welders and such. I am getting a 50amp service...

Yes, there could be issues. Most compressors and welders do not utilize a neutral conductor. They are strickly 220 volts. Two hots and a ground.
Panel you show is 120 volts. Three wire hot, neutral and ground.
