Wiring an RV Service Panel
I need to add a 30amp plug to the outside of my garage to plug our 5th wheel into. I already have a 50amp 220v feed ran out for hooking up air comressor, welders and such. I am getting a 50amp service...

Not a bad idea, I have no use for the 50 amp plug now but who knows what the future may bring.
To answer the question on the nuteral wire, yes I have one. I ran 4 wire when I did everything: Black, Red, White and Ground
