Wiring EMS-HW50C Hardwire 50 Amp RV Surge Protector
I bought awg 6-3 with ground from Lowes to hook up the EMS to my panel. The ground wire is 10 gauge. Will this work or should I buy a 6 gauge ground and not use the 10 gauge?

When I did my 50/30/20 amp pedestal, I ran 3 of the 6g current carrying wires (black, white and red), and a 10g ground. Of course, I used a 50 amp breaker in the breaker panel even though the pedestal was good for an 80 amp breaker. The wires weren't.
