Every electrical appliance with a worth of fifty dollars or more henceforth shall be prohibited from being manufactured or imported into the USA unless it's electrical motor or/and electronics circuit board shall be made repairable or replaceable.

Electric motors shall be brushless or allow access for brushes to be replaced and antifriction shall consist of ball or roller bearings. Sleeve anti friction is therefore prohibited.
