when I worked for sears I bought a gen set made by generac and it had the over sized muffler for quiet operation. I even call the company and they said it was the quietest gen set made. So I bought it and short story, it was loud. too loud for me. it was a 4200 watt gen and I said am not going to listen to this so I bought two honda's.
