Xantrex SW3012 with SCP

Question

I have a Xantrex SW3012 with a Xantrex SCP that has worked well since replacing a Xantrex Freedom 458 about 3 years ago.  Today all was well  until we arrived in Las Cruces, NM.  I checked the SCP and it no longer shows the SW3012 as it usually does.  I checked the SW3012 and it was operating normally.  But the panel does not recognize it.  I appreciate and ideas.

Thanks for the replies.  I tried the suggestions and it did not work.  So thinking about it I tried a CAT 6 cable and everything is back to normal.

jrclark - You can also look at getting Xantrex's 808-9010 Remote Adapter. This way you don't need to run a new Cat5 cable, just use the preexisting 4-pin with 808-9010 to work with the SCP.
