First opportunity to use my Yamaha 1000 since installing the 20 amp twist-lock plug. We’re camped at a MA state park on Cape Cod with no hookups. I like the new dog bone lots better than the old hockey puck.
Ran the mwave from the inverter to heat up dinner while the Yamaha was running. If the generator wasn’t running, you’d see about 95 amps on the Trimetric while the mwave was on. With the generator running, just under 50 amps is coming out of the camper battery, the rest is being supplied by the Yamaha through the PD4645 converter/charger.
