Hi All.
I can't say anything at all about the Yamaha EF2000is Generators. Excetp for the fact that a Yahama is a very good brand of Generatores.
Howevre ever, we do own the "Red Ones". We have a Pair of Honda EU2000is', Paralla Kit and Extended Run Tank. If your Yahams runs anything like the Twined Hondea's EU2000is do, you willl be one very Happy RV"er.
Its great to have the opetion to run only one Generator to Recharge your Battery Bank, and still have power left over to runs some lights and TV and a few other small draw items.
With our twin Honda's, I easily ran our 13,500 BTU TT A/C, and the Frideg and the Microwave, all at the same time, and still have some power left over.
We sure are glade we keep our Twind Honda EU2000I;s. Paralla Kit, and Extended Run Tan when we sold our 5er. With our Motornhomes built-in 5.5 G Generator plus the Twin Honda's, we can easily go past our Motorhomes 30 AMP limit anytine we feel like it.
Its nice to have all the "Generator Power", that you would really ever need with us. But at the same time, its one thing for sure that we will never have to worry about, "Not Having Enought Generator Power" and then some.
They are also easy to move around and very easy to even store.
Good Luck. Happy Travels. Dan & Jill & our Yorkie Kids
