Yamaha EF2000iS Generators
I'm about to buy two Yamaha EF2000iS Generators, plus the parallel cable. Does anyone have any experience with this setup good or bad? Thanks.

I had just purchased a new Honda 2000, ran great the first 8 hrs. Fired it up a week later, started running a little rough, (I'm in California by the way, ethanol in fuel). About 3:00 am the generator shut off!! In the morning I drained the tank, put Seafoam in, sputtered a while still but next day it was fine. Came home and ordered a 2nd to go with it so we can run everything's at once in RV. Figured rare issue. After googling it, there's lots of problems, even with new. I'm thinking it's the chit fuel in calif.
Anyway, yesterday we setup for the livermore rodeo and the bastard shut off!! Emailed Amazon and I'm sending it back, along with the one in the box I just received yesterday. I haven't read as many issues on fuel with the yamahas, just the neglect of letting has sit in it forever. The seller that uses Amazon said, start the return process. I was going to just exchange for the convienence but either way I'll have to drain oil and fuel.
