When you get to rebuilding the alxes and alignment, let me know. May be able to help, I did mine this past spring.
However your first note kind of got me. Do not know what HGR's stands for and could not figure out what you where talking about.
But since you are buying an EZ flex, well you are on leaf springs (not torsion) and that distance was most likely axle to axle spacing.
If you wnat to yak more on axle install, take out a new post as it can get long in itself and send me a PM so I can join in the fun....
