I installed the Dexter kit about 2 years ago on my Terry 27ft TT. The shape of the spring hangers on this TT are different then what most of the trailers use as you can see. What I noticed was the front spring swing link had flexed enough that it had been hitting the front edge of the hanger denting it. The best I can figure is the spring moves more then expected and maybe the added flex of the rubber rocker allowed it to hit. I used a plasma cutter to radius the front side of the hanger for additional clearance.
I am also now beginning to wonder what the life expectancy of the rubber in the flex rockers will be?? The rubber on mine look like they have minor surface cracks and have decreased in length and increased the diameter under loading.
