Lifted each side and all bolts took grease easily. If this were all I was doing, I wouldn't even have to put jack stands under it, as all grease nipples are easily accessible from the outside, and I don't have to crawl under.

Actually think lifting it up is the best way to do it. It removes pressure off all bushing surfaces as much as possible so grease will flow more freely, especially onto the weight bearing surfaces.
