F550 Update Post
We went to Florence, OR. and had a nice time at the Rhody Festival and visiting friends. The truck ran great all the way down and half way back. Scanner reports trouble with #1 and #8 fuel injectors....

Check FICM voltages - Each injector has a driver circuit. ficmrepair.com has a good reputation if it turns out to be this box. If they cannot fix it, they can give you a good price on a remanufactured one with some upgraded components. Be aware of battery voltage - If your batteries go weak, the excessive current to make up for lack of voltage will kill the FICM.
I just did a battery test and they passed fine. Will test pin voltage tomorrow. Find out if I have a 4 pin or a 7 pin FICM. I also have that big 240 amp alternator so when running, the truck has plenty of power. Hope you guys are having a nice holiday.
Did you get a Scan Gauge II/III or other device to monitor those parameters I sent you earlier?

I have the INNOVA 5610 OBDII scanner. 350.00 bucks. I have not found a buzz test in it's menue, but the KOEO test.does.set a lot of stuff clicking away on the engine.
Im going to look for an OBDII interface which will allow me to run a diagnostic from cell phone or laptop via USB connection.
The device you suggest has a nice display, but my scanner will display the same information though not in as nice a display. I did not read that that scan tool will perform a buzz test either. Need more information before jumping in on spending more money.
you can also use forscan with a laptop and a 30 buck adaptor to do just as much if not more than most scan tools on the market.
